“Defence Reserves Western Cape bid farewell to MCWO F.J.S. Scheepers”

Master Chief Warrant Officer (MCWO) Frederik Johannes Strauss Scheepers visited Fort iKapa in the Western Cape on Wednesday, 23 March 2011, where he delivered his farewell address. MCWO Scheepers is retiring after 42 years of loyal service in the SANDF.

After his address, a farewell function was held at the headquarters of Regiment Oranje Rivier, a Reserve unit of the SA Armour Formation. He was accompanied by his wife Sheron, SCWO P. Moodley, WO SA Navy, and SCWO L.D. Tshabalala, WO SA Air Force.
