“Delville Wood Memorial Parade”

On a bitingly cold Sunday, 16 July 2017, the annual Delville Wood Memorial Parade was held in the Company’s Garden in remembrance of the fallen.

After the heavy downpours of the previous day and night, there was only a brief shower on Sunday morning – with a perfect rainbow.

Soldiers of the Cape Town Rifles (Dukes) and the MOTHs banners were on parade, and the Dukes Band and the Cape Field Artillery Pipes and Drums provided the suitable musical backdrop.
