“The Defence Reserves Provincial Office of the Western Cape establishes an Inter Service Forum”

On the evening of 21 October 2010, an important meeting organised by the Defence Reserves Provincial Office of the Western Cape under the leadership of Capt (SAN) Trunell Morom and Lt Col Johan Conradie took place in the Het Bakhuys Officers’ Mess at the Castle of Good Hope. The aim of this meeting was to establish a platform for all Reserve Force and Reserve Force related role players to provide input into the Reserves Strategic processes.

It is envisaged that this Inter Service Forum will consist of representatives of all Services of the South African National Defence Force, namely the Army, the Navy, the Air Force, and the Military Health Services. Representatives of all of these, including unit commanders and invited guests in the Western Cape were thus invited to attend the meeting.
