“Celebrating 20 Years of Democracy at the Cape Town Military Tattoo 2014”
As the cavalcade of motorcycles bearing the South African flag purred slowly out of the arena, marking the end of the Cape Town Military Tattoo 2014, the lights dimmed for just a moment, and the Castle of Good Hope fell silent.
The spectators rose to their feet and slowly filed out of the massive steel-studded Van der Stel gate to the Castle, reminiscing animatedly about the colourful event they had just witnessed.
